Return Policy
Customers can make a return for a full refund up to 30 days from the receipt of the original order, if we send you the wrong merchandise. If you just simply don’t want the merchandise anymore, we will refund your order minus any shipping and handling fees up to 30 days from the receipt of the original order.
The merchandise should be returned to us in pristine condition (not used, not soiled, no ink marks, no smoke smell, no coffee stains, etc.) and all packaging materials are included the same as when we shipped it to you.

Shipping Policy
We ship to the 48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia using UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail service.
Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. In most cases, we will strive to process and ship orders the same day they are received. After the carrier (UPS or USPS) picks up the shipment, the number of days in transit is dependent upon the distance the package is traveling (i.e. east coast to west coast normally takes 5-6 business days when shipping with UPS Ground, or 1 to 3 business days when shipping with USPS Priority Mail).
